Grading is amongst my favourite stages of filmmaking, as well as a stage that can make or break any work – regardless of the quality of the footage beforehand. My grading output consists of more conventional, commercial quality grades, as well as more experimental and lo-fi work. As someone who is always seeking out a challenge, working with lower quality footage – whether it stems from compression or the camera it was filmed on – is something I’ve found very rewarding over the years.
I grade on a Flanders Scientific monitor to ensure colour accuracy. I have a decade of experience with grading using DaVinci Resolve.
